The website provides an interface for users to our computational approach where users can predict patient response to immunotherapy in arbitrary melanoma cohorts using gene expression from patients as input.
Please see the test input containing tumor expression profiles of melanoma patients.
Instruction for predicting immunotherapy response in a melanoma cohort:
Step 1: Prepare input patient expression file: Format the patient tumor expression from the cohort in a matrix (number of samples x number of genes) and store it in a (tab-separated) text file, similar to the test input file above. Use Ensembl gene id.
Step 2: Input the text file.
Step 3: Select the checkbox if the first column of the file contains patient names (otherwise, patient names are generated according to the order of patient in the input).
Step 4: Select the type of bipotent targets to be used (either immune-metabolism or angiogenesis/growth-suppressor)
